Last year the NHS in North West London spent more than £15 million on products that could easily be bought on the high street, often at very low cost. We think that it would make sense for most people to buy these products at the chemist or supermarket, to save NHS funds. We’ve put together three proposals on the theme of “changing the way we prescribe”.
